What we collect
Your name, email address, marketing preference, the date you registered and your Founding Member number if one was allocated. We also collect basic technical data such as device and browser information to keep registration genuine and secure.
Payments
We do not take payment details during pre-launch. When paid membership opens, card details will be handled by a regulated payment provider and never stored on our servers.
How we use your data
To create and secure your account, allocate and confirm your Founding Membership, send you launch and membership updates you have opted into, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Legal basis
We process account data to perform our agreement with you, marketing emails on the basis of your consent, and security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing fraudulent registrations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing hello@perko.com.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Any analytics cookies are used only to understand how the site is used and can be managed in your browser.
Retention and contact
We keep your account data for as long as your membership exists, and delete it on request. Data questions: hello@perko.com.
